Champions diary is a Fitness & Productivity app used to keep track of workouts, sports progress, and your body weight.
The app allows you to create your own workout routines or use pre-existing ones, and then track workouts for any day using the simple calendar which leads to a customizable workout diary. The "Body Weight" tab also enables you to update body weight and waist measurements, then view your progress on a date against measurement chart.
